3, 4, and 5 Year Old Preschool Class
Our program offers an age integrated classroom where students ranging from 3-5 years old are educated and nurtured by the preschool staff. The students receive an exciting curriculum that is challenging for their individual level. Our small class size allows for individual direction in a variety of daily activities.
Our youngest children are encouraged to explore and discover the world around them. They are carefully guided through their daily tasks by our staff and parent helpers. Socialization is an important part of the children’s growth and our activities allow for the development of this skill. A sound introduction to learning is provided.
Our older children will continue in their exploration and discovery of the world around them. In preparation for Kindergarten, the children are encouraged to demonstrate independence and self-confidence in their work and through their interactions with others. The program follows the core-curriculum expectations for pre-school grade level.
Additionally, the children will partake in various educational field trips and library excursions throughout the year.
Options:
We offer 2 day programs for our youngest students, with an option to add on a third day, pending availability. Our older students attend 3 or 5 days a week. Waiting lists are common for the 5 day option.
Our program also offers an optional extended day for our 4 and 5 year old students, in which they can stay for lunch bunch from Noon-1:00pm. Space is limited in this program and slots will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
